Meet our employees – Jonna-Maria Grönqvist-Lehtonen

Who are the people that work at PNO? We’d like to introduce them to you. There are PNO offices in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland and workshops in Sweden and Finland. Altogether, we are approximately 120 employees, which gives us 120 stories about daily work routines and special experiences. Let’s present some of these, here is one from our colleague Jonna-Maria Grönqvist-Lehtonen (the woman with the many names).

Your job described in one sentence?
I work at PNO Trailer in Sipoo (outside Helsinki), Finland where my daily tasks include customer service for all our customers, rental and administration.

A particular moment in your career that you would like to share with us?
I’m that kind of person that needs to work among other people and I enjoy a workplace where every day take different shape. I started my “work career” selling potatoes by the road with my big brother when I was 7-8 years old, so customer service is something I´ve grown into. My motto is “serve customers as you want to be served yourself”. Even though I didn´t have experience from this line of business when starting at PNO in the end of 2013, I´ve experienced that positive attitude and talking gets one far. Every day I learn something new and relevant through my colleagues both in the office and our workshop, but also from our customers.

How would your colleagues describe you?
They would say that I’m talkative and probably that I’m going on with the 6th gear in a car with maximum 5 gears.

Tell us something about you that nobody at PNO knows?
I used to be an eager hunter before my 2 boys where born. My father, my brother and me used to hunt a lot together. I was the only girl on the hunting team when I grew up and I had my hunting license before my driving license. We mostly went after ducks, hares, deer’s and moose. Fishing and being outdoor is still a big part of my private life.
