PNO invests in Denmark

December will be a very eventful month for PNO in Denmark. More than ever PNO are investing in order to increase the impact on the Danish market. The drive takes place with a number of different activities.
PNO has hired a Country Account Manager to Denmark to boost up its presence in the country. Hanne Johannsen comes directly from GE Equipment Services and has over 25 years of experience in the transportation industry. Hanne will continue to develop, operate and improve PNO’s services to existing and new customers in the Danish market.
– Hanne starts with us on the 1st of December. We see great potential in Hanne and it will be very fun to work with her to achieve our goals in Denmark, says Jacob Lee  Ørnstrand, CEO of PNO.

In addition, PNO and DSV signed an exclusive service agreement taking of in December. This agreement means that PNO will be the main supplier and will take over the majority of the service and repair of DSV trailers in Denmark, as is already done in Sweden.
– DSV has tested us for a period to see if we can deliver on their list of demands. The trial period is now over and they want to continue the cooperation with us. Its great fun and we must work hard to maintain a high service all the way, says Martin Nielsen, Technical Manager at PNO.

Additionally PNO opens, on the 1st of December, a new workshop in Denmark, this time in Horsens in Jutland. The workshop in Horsens will be equipped with mobile workshops that will cover large parts of Jutland and thus be able to help the drivers who may suffer from breakdowns on Danish roads. The acquisition is part of PNO’s strategic growth strategy in the Nordic region to always be available for their clients. The workshop will be expanded by 630 m2 in order to offer the customers the greatest capacity and flexibility. The hiring of about 15 people is expected shortly.
– The opening hours are the same as on our other sites, ie from 07 to 24, says Martin Nielsen.

– PNO​​’s focus is on the customer and not just the product. We develop our business together with our customers and we are always trying to look ahead in everything we do, it’s so easy to get stuck otherwise. Service, maintenance, accessibility, and a good relationship is a significant part of what the customer wants and demands today. Therefore, we are investing in a Country Account Manager and new workshop in Denmark, says Jacob.
